The property

Calabricchia Holiday Farmhouse is situated in a green landscape in the heart of the fascinating Garfagnana valley, north of Lucca.

The building is surrounded by 2 hectares of farmland cereal crop cultivation and meadows.The large swimming pool (14m x 7m) with ample paving is situated in front of the house, ideal for children and sunbathing.The verandas and covered porches are perfect for eating out during the day and evening.

Calabricchia is the ideal place for everyone who is looking for an uncontaminated place to spend a relaxing holiday; the surrounding area is ideal for nature lovers, who can enjoy the stunning views whilst trekking, mountain biking (bikes provided) or riding in the numerous paths of the valley.

Thanks to its location, cities like Lucca, Pisa and Florence are easily reachable as well as Versilia coast (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Carrara marble quarries) and Cinque Terre.
